Shipping & delivery
What is your shipping policy?
We process and ship orders within 5-6 business days. Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹1500. Orders below ₹1500 will incur a ₹60 shipping fee for prepaid orders. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, but please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer domestic shipping within India. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you realize you've made an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for more details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or refund based on your preference.
